Melville, NY, May 11, 2010: Chyron (NASDAQ: CHYR) today announced that Boston’s Fenway Park has become the latest sports venue to install Chyron’s HyperX^³ graphics system and award-winning Lyric^® PRO 7 design and render engine to generate graphics for the Boston Red Sox centerfield electronic scoreboard.

First opened on April 20, 1912, Fenway Park is the oldest ballpark in Major League Baseball and one of the most respected of all American sports venues. It has had a number of improvements and enhancements over the years, yet remains largely unchanged from the original classic configuration beloved by the team’s legion of fans popularly known as “Red Sox Nation.”  Chyron’s HyperX^³ graphics system is an enhancement designed to add to the enjoyment of fans and fuel the creativity of the professionals who operate the video scoreboard system.
